IMPORTANT NOTES

Unless hours require alteration to ensure compliance with the Agency Workers Regulations or unless otherwise dictated by client terms the following will apply: Day rates are paid from 08:00 to 20:00. Night rates are paid from 20:00 to 08:00. Saturday rates are paid from 08:00 to 08:00 Sunday. Sunday rates are paid from 08:00 to 08:00 Monday. Bank Holiday rates are paid from Midnight on the start of the Bank Holiday to 08:00 the day following the Bank Holiday – with exception of Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve where Bank Holiday rates will apply from 16:00. Sleepovers (which typically cover 10 hour periods 22:00 to 08:00) will be paid at 5 x the relevant hourly night rate.

For interrupted sleep patterns night rates will apply for actual work performed additional to usual sleepover rate. Mileage payable will be subject to separate agreement between BNA and the client and where applicable maybe subject to tax and National Insurance. These hourly pay rates are a guide only. In situations where in order to comply with the Agency Workers Regulations holiday pay over and above the basic entitlement becomes due then this excess shall be regarded as being included in the quoted pay rate (and hence paid as rolled up holiday pay).
