👏 What You'll Do: 

  • Be the first point of contact, providing fast and accurate assessments for individuals needing mental health services. 

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including risk assessments. 

  • Efficiently refer patients to other specialists and services when needed. 

  • Act as a gatekeeper, following established operating procedures. 

  • Provide managerial support and lead the team in the absence of the Team Manager. 

  • Deliver rapid, intensive interventions to help those experiencing mental health crises. 

  • Build strong relationships and offer expert mental health advice to other services and carers. 

  • Contribute to local and national initiatives to improve service quality. 

  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional development. 

✅ What We Look For: 

  • Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing 

  • Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with clinical references 

  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) 

  • Valid DBS check 

  • Valid Right to Work in the United Kingdom (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship)
