Your Role 

As a Band 6 RGN, you will be a vital part of our dedicated care team in a care home. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Providing high-quality nursing care: develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident. 

• Supporting residents and their families: offer compassionate care and support to both residents and their families, fostering a warm and welcoming environment. 

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams: work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. 

• Maintaining best practices: stay updated with the latest nursing practices and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN. 

• Experience in a care home setting is preferred. 

• Strong leadership and communication skills. 

• A compassionate and empathetic approach to care. 

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
